Refund & Return Policy

At JSB Essence, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery

• Wrong product is delivered

Customers must inform us within 3 days of delivery with proper proof (photos/video).

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

After verification, replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
